'King Creole' BBQ Rub
YOU WILL NEED
2 tbsp mustard powder
1/2 minced onion
1 clove minced garlic
up to 1/2 tbsp hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients together and rub into meat, you can then grill, fry or cook on the BBQ.
